It's a quickie because Leiha really needs to get to bed. Leiha positively hates it when, after she pumps her gas she has to go INSIDE to get the receipt! Why bother paying at the pump then? It is especially trying on her nerves when she was inside while the gas was pumping (buying her beef jerky for the road) and has to walk back inside and proceed to wait behind someone else just to get her freaking receipt! Needless to say, Leiha will never go to that gas station again! Is Leiha over-reacting? She thinks not.

Leiha needs to live in Oregon so somebody would pump her gas and bring her the reciept. Leiha has forgotten when back in the day she had to pay(inside), pump, and get the reciept (from inside). But Nancy is sorry that it irritated Leiha so much... Look at it as an extra trip to stock up on beef jerkey and pepperoni sticks!
Brenda is with you on the receipt irritation. Brenda is tempted to drive off without one but Brenda is afraid if she does, it'll be the time they think she is a drive-off and Brenda doesn't think she would like jail food.
Brenda could rant about her boss but that would be redundant. How about rude people in the grocery store that block the aisle and refuse to move? Then comes the attitude as if by being asked (very nicely) to let one by, makes the asker an inconsiderate ass. Or they're chatting it up with someone else and blocking the aisles. Brenda hates to shop. It takes time away from Brenda's pool lounging - eating - drinking - book reading- time.
Bo has been irritated with the recipt thing for a couple months now.She no longer goes inside when the little screen instructs her to 'see cashier for receipt'.Bo thinks they should get bent.
The other day Bo went to the bank drive-thru,and went to the first lane right at the window.She was extremely ticked that she did not get her transaction taken care of in a timely fashion,but had to wait for several others first.Bo has never had this happen to her at the first lane before,it was an unpleasant experience.
Bo is also wondering why all the fast food places in town seem to have a minimum to no-napkin policy in the drive-thru lately.Bo thinks if you order a big messy sandwich & fries,or several tacos,you will obviously make a big mess and therefore require more than one napkin to clean it up.She is thinking about making napkins a part of her ordering routine from now on,since they seem to be an optional item now.
Bo was irritated with her mother last night for calling Bo in order to speak to Bo's husband about something.She instructed her mother to call the husband's cell phone if she had to speak to the husband.Bo really despises being a messenger girl and has explained this with various tones and obscene language to her mother on numerous occassions.
Hahaha Chez thinks you are all friggin lucky that you even get to pay without having to go inside for that like here. Here we go inside and wait behind people who FART in line for extra irritation. Of course Chez also understand that being in line for just a receipt behind a FARTER would be worse.
Chez' rant is about people who obviously need to visit the loo more often or stay away from the beans.
Obviously Chez needs to take a pill and suck in some air freshener before venturing out of her house again today. Chez also hates PMS which turns her into super bitch on steroids.
On another note Chez wants Leiha to give Karen a big RBL hug for her as I just read her newsletter and think she is a wonderfully brave poppet and hugs can only help.
Leiha says we live in an age where the receipt is printed at the pump and if the gas station is going to live in stone age then they should have it advertised before Leiha gets her gas! Leiha did enjoy her beef though!
Leiha feels your pain Brenda. She can't stand when people are inconsiderate of others. Do they think that they are the only ones shopping in that store? Leiha is not a big fan of shopping either. Leiha like lounging, eating, drinking and book reading but she also likes sleep and sex too. Leiha wishes she had more of both!
Bo, Leiha is not a very patient person and would not have been happy at the bank either. Leiha also uses a lot of napkins when eating. Sure, companies save money with each napkin not used but Leiha thinks if you are only giving her one then it better be a nice napkin, not some thin piece of crap.
Leiha hopes that your mom finally got the message. That is rude of her.
Leiha is laughing her ass off at your post Chez. She has a sensitive nose and would not appreciate being around farters. Leiha is sorry for you as she laughs. Maybe Chez should bring some Oust air sanitizer and spray next time Leiha would laugh!
As for Karen, she has been truly touched by the outpouring of support from everyone.
